receiving message that iphone is sync to another library. it is not I had to reinstall windows on my computer

Why is my Itunes library stating my phone is sync to a different Itunes library. It is not. I had to reinstall Itunes but the account is the same.

iPhone 5, Windows Vista

The reinstall of Windows is why it is saying that. Did you copy over all of your iTunes library to the new computer? If so, then syncing will not matter. It will delete all of the iTunes on the phone, but it will sync it right back if it is on that computer.
