No. But you can if you setup the free Find my iPhone service on it before it was stolen. Log in at http://www.icloud.com/
Did you not have a passcode lock on it?

No sorry they can't but you can if you enable find my iphone in settings>icloud on the iPhone. Follow the steps in the article below if you did enable find my iPhone:

Other then that contact your carrier and local law enforcement and see if there is anything they can do to help.

Yes ...has a passlock .....just wanna make sure its factory locked by apple if I provide them the serial number or imei since I purchased it directly thru them....if I had a cell contract with any (AT&T,verizont or sprint now t-mobile too) they somehow locked it and report them stolen so it can't be unlock....just wanna make them miserable for taken it...:-(

Apple don't lock or track the iPhone so the only other option would be to see if your carrier can lock or blacklist the IMEI.
