You don't authorize/de-authorize devices(your phone is a device), only computers, thus there is nothing to remove.

There must be something to remove legacy devices. My Itues did not remove my iPhone 4s when I upgraded to a 5s. I finally stumbled around and tried to sync a new ringtone and got a "do you want to replace the listed device with the new device". I had been syncing this new phone both through iCloud and manually for several weeks and iTunes still thinks that ringtones should only sinc to the old 4s. Looks like a failure on Apple's part to recognize a change in all the locations. Complex, yes but something I would have thought they would have fixed by now.
