You should be able to yes. If you want it to be a regular payment then iTunes also allows you to set up a monthly allowance (monthly appears to be the only payment frequency for allowances) : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2105

Hmmm... looks like i try to send it 3 weeks after my last gift. iTunes message pop up that my gift failed. Thank you King_Penguin.
