why hasn't the last episode of futurama become available

Is anyone else having this issue? I purchased season 10 of Futurama. Although I received the email stating that the new episode was available for dl, I had to use the email link to dl it. When I checked for available dl's in iTunes, it would state that all purchases had been dl'd which was not the case. Also, the last episode of the season/series is not available yet I assume I paid for it along with the season. What is up? Any help appreciated.
