BeatsTour randomly initiating Siri

I have the newest version of the Dre Beats "Tour" earphones. Randomly during my workouts, my music will be interupted by the inition of Siri. I am wondering if this is an issue with the earphones or my Iphone 4S. Does anyone out there have similar issues and or know a fix?

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.4
