Does Safari (both OS X and iOS) support Strict Transport Security Header (HSTS)?

I would like to know if the current/lastest version of Safari (both OS X and iOS) support the header.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HTTP_Strict_Transport_Security

If currently not supported, does Apple plan to support the HSTS header in Safari and Safari for IOS, or does Apple plan to support some different header with similar functionality in Safari and Safari IOS?

Thanks.
