I did not receive a cd with my ipod shuffle -any suggestions?
I won this ipod shuffle and it did not come with a cd to install. I am unable to transfer my music from itunes. I assume that is the issie Any suggestions?

There is no disc; it won't fit in the tiny box. 🙂
If you have the latest version of iTunes installed, you already have the required software on your computer to use the shuffle. If you need to download and install it, you can get it here
When you connect the shuffle to the computer, does it appear in the iTunes sidebar? If the sidebar (along left side of iTunes window) is hidden, from the iTunes menu bar, under View, select Show Sidebar. The shuffle should appear listed under DEVICES in the sidebar.
