My daughter's iphone 4s has been disabled because she put it the wrong passcode to many times...It says on the phone Disabled...connect to itunes, but when we do, the prompt sys to put in her passcode, she can't, the phone has been DISABLED, WHAT DO WE DO

My daughter's iphone 4s has been disabled because she put her passcode in wrong to many times, she remember's it now...it says on thephone disabled connect to itunes, but when we do, a prompt comes up saying to enter the passcode and we can't because the phone has been DISABLED!!! What do we do????

Forgotten Restrictions Passcode Help


You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.
