Q: Iphone 5 and family sharing question

My school age daughter just purchased an iphone5. Is there a way she can still have access to my itunes and apps yet still have her own apple id?

Yes, you share apple id for purchasing apps and music, however you want a separate id for icloud/facetime and imessage.
