I am VERY new to Keynote but playing around with it I can see a lot of possibilities.
I have just one very basic question. I have a website and wanted to make some tutorials on how to use the site.
Would I be able to make them in Keynote and post them on the site, and then would those on PC's also be able to view them?

You can create a presentation in Keynote then convert it to a QuickTime, PDF or an HTML file that can be placed on the website.
However you will find using a web authoring application will give far better results.

Are you talking about programs like iWeb?
I use iWeb when needed, its not available from Apple any more as its end of life, its available on Amazon and Ebay.
The best is Dreamweaver and is for advanced users, you should look at the other two as they are more affordable with good ease-of-use and appropriate for the average user
Can people on PC's view?
