Will an itunes account from USA work even if I Travel?

Hi I will travel to Argentina , If I get an Itunes card can I use my credit as if I was here in US?

Per the terms of the US iTunes Store, you are not allowed to use the store from outside the US. That's all we here can really say on the subject.
