I purchased a season pass, but the latest episode in that season is not available unless I pay an additional $1.99. I am referring to Burn Notice Season 7 Episode 12. The first 11 are available, but the last two episodes are going to cost extra? I am fairly new to the AppleTV, so I am not sure: is the season pass just a ripoff or a scam?

I have the same question, what gives. I bought a season pass, not an "11 episodes pass." Serious rip off, I'm trying to find some sort of contact email to confirm.
I too found this to be a problem. I did check and I could purchase Sea Change via my iPhone for $ 1.99. This does seem to be a planed rip off. What gives people?
I don't even see ep. 12 listed! But today I just got episode 13 as normal. *** happened to 12?
I have the same problem. season pass for burn notice season 7 purchased thu iTunes Canada. I have the finale ( episode 13) but not episode 12. Also, episodes 9 and 10 are out of order. I have sent an email to apple support and to date no response. I do not have an option to buy episode 12, it just does not show up on ATV. I'll just keep bombarding apple support with email until I get a response.
