My friend connected her phone with my itunes and now my itunes has issues

I let my friend connect her iPhone to my laptop to sync music and apps, but she did something weird, so now my itunes library only has a few songs and a few apps on it, and they are all her apps. I restored my music library and it has all my music on it, but my apps are still missing. I don't know what she did or what I should do to fix this and get all my apps back, but if anyone has any ideas, that would be great.
