Apple TV won't show new episodes

I get an email from Apple telling me that there is a new episode on my season pass TV shows. So I get on my Apple TV but I can't seem to find the latest episode. I get on my MacBook and my iTunes on my iPhone and I am able to see the new episode. If I wait a few days later, the episode shows up on my Apple TV, but not immediately. This happens on not only one TV show, but across a few that I have a season pass for. Currently, the only way to watch immediately is to use my iPhone to download the episode and AirPlay it onto the Apple TV.


What gives? Any ideas?
