How can I change back to the US app store?

I'm traveling in Germany and mistakenly changed to the German app store on my iphone 5. How can I change my settings to get it back to the US store?

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.4

Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Apple ID: > View Apple ID > Country/Region...change here.

I hadn't considered selecting "View Apple ID" as an option to change anything. Thanks so much for the help.
