Q: Some SIM cards don't work with the new ipad?

WHy won't my ipad recognize the woolworthsglobalroaming sim.  All I get is an "invalid Sim" message.

iPad 2 Wi-Fi + 3G, iOS 6.1.4, International roaming data sim
