I pre-ordered Tamar Braxton's album. I received an email that it was ready to download. I followed the link to the iTunes Store. The word "purchased" is next to each song but I can't download anything. A sample of the music plays when I tap it. Please help!

I have experienced the exact same issue this week for a Pre-order album as well. I would recommend canceling the Pre-order and download it again as it most likely has not been charged. This article will walk you though the process.
