I recently changed my ID and Password because I thought it'd been compromised, to a new one, and now my Iphone 5 won't update my apps I already had on it because I got them under my old account, how do I fix that?

Purchase will always be tied to the account from which they were purchased and apps will always have to be updated using that account. You computer will have to be authorized for that account as well.
You will have to update using the old account.
Not sure why you would have started a new one. You could have changed the password.
The reason why is because I had my military email on it and they're changing all our email addresses
So I should change it back to a nonexistent email, and change my rescue email?
