Ok I know this question has been asked before, but nothing in any of those conversations is working. I have an app stuck in waiting. I have tried restarting my iphone, sighning in and out of iTunes account, syncing to iTunes, removing the app from iTunes, restoring my iPhone, and practicly everything. What else is there??

tap on the app. it should go to paused. tap the app again and it should go to downloading.
If pausing and restarting the app install does not work, try a different wifi or cellular connection.
Try turning Airplane Mode on and then off.

Ditto. I have 2 apps. Installed via USB to Mac. The app icon shows about 75% progress (i.e, about 3/4 of the progress "circle") by the time iTunes says that it's complete. Then the app stays like that in the "Installing" state.
Switching off wifi; switching to airplane mode; rebooting; etc don't work. Having tapped on the app icon again, it went from Installing to Waiting and now, tapping it does nothing.
