Spotlight Folder Icon will not go away

I called up Spotlight to search for a folder As I hovered over the folder name in the list, the window appeared to the left showing the Folder.

I clicked on the folder in the spotlight list and it opened. Spotlight disappeaed. However, the Spotlight window showing the folder will not close. The Activity Monitor doesn't show anything.

I Force Quit the Finder, thinking it had control. Nothing.

I don't know how to get rid of the window short of rebooting of the computer.😟
