A few hours earlier. My music was deleted from my iPhone 4 by accedentally clicking "Erase and Sync" on iTunes. All my nusic is now gone. How do I recover this?

I had a big iTunes library. The app told me that I had 2 iTunes libraries. I own one of them. Can't I use that one?
I'm afraid I don't understand what you mean. How did iTunes tell you you "had 2 iTunes libraries?" Please describe the set up in more detail.
The first one was Before I deleted my account on the mac. The latest one was about 2 weeks ago when I deleted my account. But I want to go back to the first iTunes library

If not you can download your iTunes purchases simply by signing into iTunes and going to iTunes Store > Purchased. Everything you ripped personally you can rip again.

You do not have backups, correct? This is a problem for you. If you do not have backups, and you deleted the data from the computer there is nothing to restore.
If you have backups, if you've been using Time Machine, then you can restore the entire iTunes folder to ~/Music to get your iTunes library back.
What can I do to go to my first library? Most of my music was converted to .mp3

You can recover and restore from your backups. If you have no backups then your music is gone and it cannot be restored.
