How can I completely remove iCloud from my Outlook 2010 calendar?

As far as I know, completely, by reinstalling outlook.

By reinstalling Outlook, do you intend that I uninstall it first? My obvious concern is that I don't want to lose my calendar and contacts. However, since iCloud came on my scene, Outlook won't sync with my iPhone despite my having spent literally hours with the Apple support folks making certain that all the settings in iTunes and on my iPhone are correct. If I reinstall Outlook without uninstalling it, will iCloud calendars not still be there? I have uninstalled iCloud from my computer, but the calendar icons still remain on my Outlook calendar page.
Now we are talking. You didn't say any of that - just wanted to clean icloud out of outlook. With what you really want- none of that is necessary. What you really need is call Apple and ask for someone who knows outlook, to remote in to your computer and fix it. Whoever worked with you had no idea what they were doing. There is no need to "check itunes" when it is icloud. You could probably fix it yourself, if you tech savvy, there is an excellent article on that. I d be happy to do myself, but without remote, I would not bother.

you need to check under troubleshooting "Microsoft windows -outlook." and then if still a problem under "ios devices". You can also check which one of them replicates to icloud.com and troubleshoot the one that does not replicate. That will cut your work in half.
P.S. my previous answer was more response to the word "completely" which would include all your data gone intentionally. Be careful what you ask for(literally). If none of the above makes sense to you, just call Apple.
Now I really am in a quandry. Because iCloud seemed to be the culprit, I uninstalled it from my computer (Windows 8, 64 bit). I spent a good bit of time with an Apple senior technician who did indeed offer to remote in on my computer, but it didn't work from his end!! He did tell me that he's not very familiar with Outlook. The article that you suggested assumes that iCloud is installed & working. Should I re-install it? If you'd like to remote in on my computer, I'd welcome that.
If he has attempted remote and was unable to do that - it means that your problems are created by network or computer software (antivirus or firewall). That is what stops sync and stops remote. If you are not comfortable to do troubleshooting by that article and disabling that aggressive antivirus of yours, then you may want to go back to regular sync. (i d never, but you should pick your poison yourself). By the way there is no need to really know outlook to use that article.
Finally we have come to understand your question. In order to eliminate icloud events from your outlook, you go to www.icloud.com and delete all calendars. Be careful what you do, cause if icloud is still connected to your outlook- you may also lose actual needed events. If it is completely disconnected it will not change anything and in that case - you back to manual labor. Literally remove events you don't need by yourself.
