What is the VESA mount standard for the new 27-inch iMac with the mounting option?

I'm thinking of purchasing a new or refurbished 27-inch iMac for a home recording studio. I have a tube A-frame stand that I use for my musical and computer keyboards. I want to mount the iMac on the horizontal 1.5 inch tubes, but eed to know the VESA mount standards that Apple supplies on the VESA mount version. (I've been told that the new iMacs don't have a removable stand to install your own VESA mount) 😟

But, I do not currently see a refurbished VESA mount model from Apple.

There is another less elegant solution that includes leaving the stand on.

Great info den.thed! I know that their weren't any VESA iMacs in the refurb pages. I was willing to get less computer by purchasing new to get the VESA mount. That adapter from iMac Mount looks like a good option, though! Big thanks. I was asking if the mount screw holes were 100mm X 100mm or some other standard. :)

All your info is much appreciated!
