how do i open up my itunes libary from my ipod touch??

If you are talking about viewing music, you hit the music app, and your music should appear. If it shows a particular song you can hit the back arrow at the top left to go back to your music. For videos, there is a seperate app that you go on and every movie, tv show, etc. you downloaded should be there.
