New Macbook Pro has slowed down recently
I purchased a new Macbook Pro (15") with a 2.3Ghz i7 processor and 4GB RAM. The Mac came installed with OS X 10.7 (I guess). Everything was working perfectly. I recently upgraded to OS 10.8.4 and since then my mac has slowed down and I get beachballs (rainbow colored) every time I try to use it for something. The booting time and shut down time have stayed the same.
I ran an EtreCheck on my mac and the log shows as follows:

Can somebody point out what could be wrong with my machine?
