Brooke,

Add Folder to Library is on the File menu, as pictured below.

If by any chance you don't see the menu bar (File, Edit, View, Controls, Store, Help), first enable it by using CTRL+B.

Everyone keeps saying drop and drag - but please... drag and drop WHERE? Why do you assume that the person automatically knows? I have been trying desperately for a long time now to transfer my music to itunes. Please explain in simple language for me, how to transher files to itunes. Only may I knidly ask for an explaination from start to finish. When the initial point of reference is shown - i don't know how to even get to that point. Step by step please. I have my file panel with all my PC folders open, where must I go from here please? I have tried all of the information given on around 10 different sites, and thay all say it is simple. I am far from stupid - so why can I not complete this simple task?

I have to look up the language used, for example WMA (windows media file), would you please be so kind as to remember it can be very difficult for a non-expert. I would be so very very gtrateful if someone will kindly take me through it step by step. I have been usinf computers for 10 years - but this one beats me! I thought with icloud it was all going to be simple from now on! I have my itunes set up, but no, I still have half the tracks I originally had before I transferred to window 8:1 and iphone 4s. I just need two albums that I can't be without. I'm even thinking of buying a different phone as I am so fed up with itunes. Can anyone help me please?

Cheers, Dave Nemo

David,

The answers given were to the person who asked the question - Brooke2013 - and, by the way, they did not refer to drag and drop.
