icloud has stopped respondingA

Every time I try to log in to iCloud.com for over a year (from any browser I use on my mac) I receive the message...

iCloud has stopped responding.

An errror has prevented this application from working properly.

I am also able to login on other devices/laptops when this happens. The apple server status page shows that everything is green and up and running.

Then it spits out the following details...

PLEASE HELP!!! This is extremely annoying as I am an avid apple/icloud/mobileme/.mac user for ove 10 years. How is it possible that I can't access my own .mac account from my own mac?!!!
