iPhone 3Gs touch screen not working just after boot

Well, I had my device (half) bricked by installing something unapproved. So I have my 3Gs restored to 6.1.3 and estored a backup that was made before the hack. That made my touch screen unresponsive just when I boot my device up. i somehow neeed to call out the voice control to temporarily fix the problem for this boot. Yes, I encountered this before but that required some hacking so I am not going to do that this time.

P.S. I am sure that the mod that bricked my device before DIDN'T cause the problem.
