Q: iTunes Library problem

My iTunes library with over 90 some songs has disappeared on the iTunes website. When I downloaded the new version iTunes64 version today and went to the Library, all songs had vanished. Is it because I no longer had access to the last iTunes version on my computer that I can't access them?

If the media was purchased from the iTunes Store, you can download this content again by accessing Purchased under Quick Links on the iTunes Store.
