With Ipods, you can only have it on up to 5 computers. I want to take my Ipod off of one of the computers. How would I do that?

You can deauthorize a computer by clicking on the "Store" file menu (if the file menus are not visible press Ctrl+B) and clicking on "Deauthorize this Computer".
You misunderstand completely.

Not true at all. There is no such thing. You can sync ipod to one and only one computer at a time. No idea what you are talking about.
You can authorize up to 5 computers to one itunes account. This has nothing to do with your ipod.
