I have no idea what "yodot" is (let me Google it...). OK, looks as if it's a file recovery utility for Windows. Not sure why you'd need that...
...are you saying that you're getting a message that your disk is full? Please provide further information... see How to help us help you on these forums.

My mac recently crashed and I lost everything had to wipe and reinstall the software. Then I looked to see if I could find data recovery and it said yodot for mac. It's done great so far recovering loads of files but now it says Mac OS X is full ( memory) and its only 18% through.
Don't want to cancel it for risk of losing what it's recovered.
Not sure really what to do so any help is appreciated.
If I were you, I would contact the yodot support folks... if it's recovery files from the same drive to the one it's writing the 'recovery' files to, that's not good. I only have any experience with Data Rescue 3 and I've used it to recover files from one drive to another drive - not to the same drive.
