My Iphone is smashed and i cannot see the screen, how can i transfer all of my contacts to a printable file on my computer? phone is still working inside and still rings when i get a text i just cannot see or touch anything on the screen thus making me not able to use it

You should have been syncing contacts with your computer from day one.

As already stated, the iPhone is designed to have contacts synced to a supported appliction on the computer or a cloud service. If this is not the way the device has been used and the screen is now inoperable, there is nothing that can be done.
