Guys, I want to install SL in some hard disk. It's the native OS, the one came with the MBP. But after having installed Lion, my MBP doesn't allow me to install from the original dvd of Snow Leopard, telling me "impossible because you have Mac OS X” 23.1.1. istaller".
Someone can help me?

Press the Option key immediately after the restart and keep holding it until the Startup Manager appears. Click on the DVD.

Have you tried to boot from it by going to System Preferences > Startup Disk > highlight the install DVD and click on restart? If that works, you would need to use Disk utility on that disk to wipe your drive first - you cannot install an older system over a newer one. If you can wipe it, then it should reinstall the old OS.
hey thank you for your answers. I've written that I want to install snow leopard in a new hard disk, not over the lion. In other words, I want a hard disk with the faster snow leopard, that was the native OSX of my MBP mid 2010. But using the last procedure you suggested me, the dvd doesn't appear. I repeat, there's something changed in the firmware that blocks snow leopard.

If you want to install it on an external drive, have you tried to insert the DVD (don't try to boot to it), double click the installer, and choose your external hard drive as the destination?
Restart the computer with the disk #1 in the drive and the "C" key held down. It will take a while to boot.
it doesn't work, cause lion had modified something in the firmware of my MBP, blocking the possibility to install snow leopard also in a brand new hard disk regularly partitioned and initialised.
I need something that overcome or modify the block (Mac OS X 23.1.1. installer)
Sorry, but you've been misinformed. It is impossible for Lion, or any other OSX installer for that matter, to change your firmware.
That's would be a good news. So, why installing snow leopard in a new internal hd, regularly partitioned and formatted, from the original dvd provided with the MBP isn't possible?
1. not starting from the correct DVD.
2. drive not formatted as GUID.
3. DVD drive not functioning properly.
4. DVD damaged.
