Problem in iPhone 5 camera

Dear Sir-Madam,

I bought my Iphone 5 twenty days ago but I have a problem in the back camera and it not show anything. When I went to buyer before 14 days ago, he said to me if you turn the factory setting everything would be okey. I made same thing but there is change and I could not fix my IPhone 5.

I am living in Urbana, Illinois and there is not Apple Store in my city.

I want to solve this problem or I want to change my IPhone 5 with the new one.

Hi, When I am on the camera app, in certain lighting condition there are waves across the screen but for several seconds and its gone sometimes it takes longer. It's only when it's kind of dark. I tried in a brighter area its okay. On my previous iphone5 there no such thing, I'm just wondering wether this is normal? thanks
