Q: My phone is not ringing; all calls go straight to voice mail. I am only receiving my voice mail after I reset my phone by turning it off and turning it on. What the heck?

My phone is not ringing; all calls go straight to voice mail. Also, I can only see voice mail messages after I've reset my phone.
