i cant add a video to my ipod
does it have a limit like 720p only? or the size?
it says " ***** was not copied to the iPod ''TJ's iPod'' because it cannot be played on this iPod "
btw its in mp4 format

There are many flavors of mp4 and not all are compatible with the iPod.

You may have to use a thridparty program like the free HandBrake to convert them to compatible format. Handbrake has preset outputs for iPods/iPhones.

i ill tell what worked for me, might help others quick
in itunes after selecting the video go to
File> create new version > ipod or iphone version
