I tried moving my itunes to a external drive using the instructions at http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1364 but it only copied a small posrtion of my files. Like 10%. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I only have about a gigabyte left on my computer hard drive so I want to move my entire iTunes library to an external hard drive.
