Q: ipod classic now displays a red circle with a X inside. I cannot reset it. It instructs me to go to the support psge. Is there a fix for this?

Hello astro30,

Try putting the iPod into disk mode manually, then attempt a restore via iTunes.

I tried to go to disk mode but it did not work. I had to have the Ipod replaced. Thanks for the help.
