My old laptop is broken so i cant transfer any of my music off it to get it onto my new laptop. The only place i have my music now is on my phone. How can this be done ??

I have just purchased a new laptop as my old one was completely broken and would not do a thing not even turn on. Problem i have now is i have downloaded i tunes again on to my new laptop but an unsure how to get the music off my phone onto my new laptop? Obviously i cant copy anything from my old laptop as its died. There must be a way to do this? Any help would be much appreciated.

Yes, it's called using the backup of the old computer. You do have a backup of your media and other important files, correct? Not having one would be extremely unintelligent.
