I have bought my iphone 2 weeks ago, but it is not working in my country I have try to desimblocked it but Apple says it is a refurbish one what can do?

Contact the wireless carrier to which the iPhone is locked to see
if they offer unlocking and if you qualify. Only that carrier can
legitimately unlock your iPhone.
How did you try to 'desimblock' the iPhone?
