Apple has a UK online store perfectly capable of sending 10.6 to Greece.
But they don't, for whatever reasons they have chosen.
Apple has a big office in Greece, but it is unable to suggest ONE SOURCE OF SUPPLY for 10.6 in Greece. It suggests I order through Ebay!
If none of the Apple dealers have copies left, then that is what you will need to do unless, as I suggested to the OP back in September, you can get someone in a country with an Apple Store to buy you a copy and ship it to you.
You say that Snow Leopard is a large program unsuitable to download, so WHY are Apple making Mavericks available for download for free ? I imagine Mavericks is even larger.
All we can say is that Apple has never made Snow Leopard available as a download in any country. Why they have not done so no one here can say out of knowledge, though my guess is that is at least in part due to the need to have a bootable DVD which many people would have trouble burning on their own.
Why do Apple enthusiasts defend the indefensible ?
All we're doing is giving you the facts. Like it or not, that's the way the situation is.
Regards.
