Apple has announced an event for tomorrow. That does not mean iOS 7 will be available immeadiately.

It doesn't even mean that Apple will announce a release date for iOS 7 tomorrow, though that would seem probable. The only thing we know right now, though, is that Apple is holding a press event tomorrow, 9/10. What Apple will say is unknown. We'll just have to wait and see.
