Dear support
When I'm running Safari and pressing the Wi-fi button, batteri life button, spotlight or the time button in the upper right corner a graphic error occurs. 
It persists after closing one of the menus again.
I'm running OS X Mountain Lion, Macbook Air mid-2013, Safari 6.0.5.
Does anyone have a clue about this problem?

Might be corrupted preferences ..
Open a Finder window. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Type or copy paste the following:
~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.systemuiserver.plist
Click Go then move the com.apple.systemuiserver.plist file to the Trash.
Restart your Mac.

I just bought my Mac, so before deleting files on it - could you please explain what that file does? And what will happen if I delete it?

No problem.. it's just a preference file. They can become corrupted. Your Mac will generate a new .plist file after you restart your Mac.
Deleting .plist files is commonly used for troubleshooting.

You're forgetting the ~ Tilde character right before the first forward slash.
~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.systemuiserver.plist

I deleting the .plist file and used my Mac for 2 weeks - but I'm getting the pixelated box now and then. Do you have other suggestions?
