Q: In-app purchases made by a child

My 7 year old daughter figured out our password and made in-app purchases totalling over $300 yesterday.  Is there a way to dispute these purchases?  It makes me so mad that there would be an option to buy "dog bucks" for $99.

You can try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com

If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

To try and stop it happening again you might (depending upon the version of iOS on the device) have a Settings > General > Restrictions > Require Password option which you can set to 'Immediately'. You can also turn off in-app purchases via the Restrictions screen.
