Netscaler (Citrix) SSL VPN on MacBook Pro?

Has anybody gotten a Netscaler SSL VPN session to work on a MacBook pro?

After I authenticate with a cryptocard the service downloads the "clientless" SSL VPN java agent.

The popup window titled "secure remote access session" looks like it is running, then the java logo is replaced with a red "X".

Safari java console shows an error message:

java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: /private/tmp/libMacProxy.jnilib:
at java.lang.ClassLoader$NativeLibrary.load(Native Method)
at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadLibrary0(ClassLoader.java:1751)
at java.lang.ClassLoader.loadLibrary(ClassLoader.java:1647)
at java.lang.Runtime.load0(Runtime.java:769)
at java.lang.System.load(System.java:967)
at ns.gui.NSLoadApplet.loadLibraryForMacFromTmp(NSLoadApplet.java:1789)
at ns.gui.NSLoadApplet.init(NSLoadApplet.java:97)
at sun.applet.AppletPanel.run(AppletPanel.java:378)
at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:613)

This looks like either:
1. Java 1.5 runtume incompatibility w/ 1.4 code, or
2. Intel duocore incompatibility

My company IT says they don't support mac's, so I'm hoping somebody can here can help.

Apple tech support asked me to try using firefox. No joy, exact same problem. They also asked me to try running it under another user in safe boot mode. No joy, the same thing happened.

Citrix/Netscaler tech support said that there is a known compatibility issue related to "newer" versions of OS X bu they would not be specific.
