Q: How do I access downloads which I have purchased so I can reinstall on my laptop

How do I access my apple account to download applications which I have already purchased. I need to install these on my laptop.

Just can't find how to get this info

MacBook Pro (15-inch Late 2011), Mac OS X (10.7.3)

Hi ...

Start here > Apple ID: How to find your Apple ID

The apps can only be re downloaded for free using the same Apple ID they were originally purchased from. That includes free apps.

Thanks but...
I have an Apple Id and password but I can't get beyond Apple ID . I want to access the screen where I see purchases. How do I get there?
Help would be greatly appreciated. Going round in circles!
