Does the 4th generation have a design flaw?

The reason I ask is because I've had for almost 2 months and the on and off button stopped working. I was told from a family friend that it was a design flaw and it is because the button somehow gets stuck inside of the iPod. Is that true? And if it is what should I do about it? Because it is driving me insane!

**Help would be appreciated!!**

Most have no such issue.

It is a problem with your ipod.

You can make an appointment at the genius bar to see what they say.

The same thing happend to my ipod touch the power button got stuck inside of the device. i reccomend using assistive touch it gives you a option to lock the device.

I do not think there is a design flaw with the ipod touches
