Fullscreen but show menu bar

Is there a way to have the app be fullscreen, but still show the menu bar? There are some apps that I want to have the extra screen space that the dock takes up, but is much more useful to have the menu bar showing (DW, Eclipse, Xcode).

And I don't want to just enable auto-hide the dock cause for most of my apps I want to have it showing. It's just a few I want to be like that.

So is there anything that can 'pin' the menubar to the screen when in fullscreen mode?
