I can't initiate a viber message to an international recipient. He can initiate a conversation and I can reply but any conversation I initiate remains sent and not delivered. My initial thought would be he's not hooked up to wifi but he's on a 3G network. This is a new issue the past week. Any thoughts?

@HWBGI- The status "sent" mean that the message was sent from our servers, once the recipient will be connected to 3G or WiFi the status will turn to "delivered", If you don't see any status it mean that the user turned off this feature.
